Watches Aren’t Just For Telling Time
Y’all know I’m all about elevated basics by now and there is no better way to switch things up than with accessories. One of my favorite ways of doing this is with watches. I mean we have watches for fitness, super dressy ones and watches for our day to day looks. Personally, I’ve worn a watch everyday since I got my first Holly Hobby watch in the first grade. What can I say...punctuality is important to me! Naturally, when I was approached by JORD Wood Watches to host a giveaway, I was all in. I chose a watch from the Cora series which couldn’t be more “me”. It’s made of Zebrawood with a Rose’ pink face. I mean, it just doesn’t get any better than that.
I’m going to be totally honest here. When my watch arrived, I was blown away. Let’s me start by saying the packaging is top notch and it just keeps getting better from there. The keepsake box is beautiful and even has a little drawer. It came with a polishing cloth and special oil pen for care and maintenance. Now on to the watch. The back of the face is glass...at least on mine and you can see all the little parts working indie which I think is really cool. The wood is so earthy and organic and the pop of pink (my favorite) adds just the perfect touch. My husband and I own several watches that start with “C” and “R” and I will just say this keeps just as good of time if not better. My husband {who isn’t impressed by much} was flabbergasted and said he wanted one. So, you can guess what he got for Father’s Day!
